|Kristin Beth Ferris is a delight to work with. In September 2006, she helped Northland pull together a 1,000+ person Grand Opening Celebration at Hartford 21. KBF's connections and knowledge of what makes an event run smoothly were key to the success of our Grand Opening. She was able to take a raw, unfinished retail space, numerous common areas and several luxury apartment models, and tie them all together to create a seamless experience for our guests that was consistent with the H21 brand. Kristin Beth also helped Northland and Hartford 21 accommodate hundreds of guests during Riverfront Recapture's 2006 Big Mo'. From signage to staffing, and from F&B to the Fire Marshall, Kristin Beth knows how to do an event.|
